  • Transfer of personal data to third parties located abroad: Personal Data may be transferred by the Company to third parties abroad without obtaining explicit consent in exceptional cases specified in Article 5.2 and Article 6.3 of KVKK or, in other cases, by obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject (in accordance with Article 5.1 and Article 6.2 of KVKK). However, with respect to the foreign country to which the data is transferred, one of the following conditions must be met:
  • The foreign country to which the personal data is transferred must be recognized by the Board as having adequate protection.
  • If the foreign country is not included in the Board’s list of safe countries, the Company must obtain permission from the Board by providing a written commitment that sufficient protection will be ensured by the Company and the Data Controllers in that country.

e.1. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

  1. By delivering it to the advisory office at our company address indicated in the Data Controller Identity information or by sending it via a notarized notification to the same address,
  2. Or by using the registered email.

In the event that any cost is incurred due to the fulfillment of your requests, we may charge you only the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), personal data owners, defined as the relevant persons (hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”), are granted certain rights to make requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVK Law. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, requests regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company, which is the Data Controller, in person, in writing in Turkish, and via the methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) as follows.

The information below explains how written applications should be delivered to us.

In accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles for the Data Controller (dated 10/03/2018, No. 30356), the following information is required to be provided in the applications.

  • Name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
  • Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens, or for foreigners, the nationality, passport number, or, if applicable, identification number,

If you wish to submit an application regarding your personal data, the following application form must be filled out completely. This application form has been prepared to accurately determine your relationship with our Company, to comprehensively identify any personal data processed by our Company, and to ensure that your request is responded to correctly and within the legal timeframe. In order to mitigate legal risks that may arise from unauthorized or unjust data sharing, and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (such as a copy of your national ID card or driver’s license) for identity and authorization verification. Our Company shall not be held liable for any requests arising from incorrect or unauthorized applications due to incorrect or outdated information provided by you within the scope of this form.
